DEPOSIT


No equipment and uniforms will be given to any child without a uniform/equipment deposit. We will require a $50.00 deposit for all cheerleading uniforms and a $300.00 deposit for all football players uniform/equipment (excluding Pee Wee football players), NO EXCEPTIONS.

NOTE: Checks will be HELD AND NOT CASHED. They will be returned on the designated equipment retrieval day when your child’s cheerleading and/or football uniform and equipment is returned.

 

Football game uniforms will be distributed prior to the first game.

 

ADDITIONAL FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT


Please note: A, B, C & D football players will need to purchase a girdle, protective cup, and football cleats prior to the start of practice. A protective cup is mandatory for all practice and game participation.

 

EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY


A, B , C and D FOOTBALL PLAYERS


THE FOLLOWING MUST BE RETURNED TO THE NORTH CALDWELL RECREATION DEPT ON A DESIGNATED FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT RETURN DATE IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER, NO EXCEPTIONS:

1. GAME JERSEY (CLEANED) ON A WIRE HANGER;

2. GAME PANTS (CLEANED);

3. BELT;

4. HELMET WITH CHIN STRAP;

5. KNEE PADS AND THIGH PADS (PLEASE RUBBER BAND THESE TOGETHER IN A SET);

6. SHOULDER PADS

· PRACTICE JERSEY IS YOURS TO KEEP

· DATE OF RETURN WILL BE ANNOUNCED PENDING PLAYOFFS

· UPON RETURN OF ALL FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT AND INSPECTION BY A WEST ESSEX COWBOY FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATIVE, THE UNIFORM/EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED OR DESTROYED.

· THE RETURN OF ALL FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON THE DESIGNATED EQUIPMENT RETURN DATE.
